Welcome to Miss C Bikini website.
Miss C Bikini provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.
We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders to anyone for any reason at any time.
Intellectual property: You agree that the logo, photography, video's and other media and materials are the intellectual property of Miss C Bikini and subject to laws including but not limited to copyright law. You agree not to modify, copy, lease, rent or distribute the material on the Miss C Bikini website without prior permission.
Miss C Bikini attempts to be as accurate as possible. Occassionally the information provided in product descriptions, product shipping charges, promotions, offers and transit times and website content is inaccurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions or inaccuracies or cancel orders, including after you have submitted your order to correct inaccuracies.
All prices are in GBP sterling. We accept the following payment methods: paypal, direct bank transfer, cash. Miss C Bikini accepts no liability for delays to your order or loss of service in the event of these 3rd party services being unavailable or subject to delay.
If any product ordered from Miss C Bikini that you receive isn’t described as shown on Miss C Bikini , it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.
Goods and Services
You acknowledge that all goods and services purchased under these terms are intended for personal non commercial use and will not be copied, re-sold or leased.
All products are made after order submission and are unique to your order, no changes to the order can be made after purchase is complete.
For bespoke services you must place a deposit, as specified. Your deposit is non -refundable. In the unfortunate situation whereby you cancel your order your deposit can be transferred to another product, within a time-frame of 3 months from your order date.
We accept no liability for the improper or illegal use or consequential damages while using any of our products or services. You expressly accept that your use of Miss C Bikini products are entirely at your own risk.
Production
Miss C Bikini intends to fulfil all made to measure bikini orders within 6 weeks from the date of order, however, in the occassion of extremely high levels of orders your order may be subject to delay, we will e-mail you should this occassion arise and provide an expected fulfillment date wherever possible. In the event that this is unacceptable we will offer a full refund for your purchase.
Please order your bikini at least 8 weeks in advance of your deadline, to ensure the product reaches you in sufficient time. Miss C Bikini accepts no liability for orders received sooner than 6 weeks from your deadline. We will endevour to fulfil your order in time, but take no responsibility to fulfil the order sooner than the 6 week deadline.
In the event of Miss C Bikini being unable to obtain your exact materials for an order an alternative will be offered. If you do not accept the alternative Miss C Bikini reserves the right to cancel your order and refund your money, or deposit in full.
Refunds/ Cancellations
Miss C only extends returns to readymade goods that are unused, unworn and in re-saleable condition. Intention to return readymade goods must be reported to Miss C within 14 days of receipt of goods, and must be returned within 28 days of receipt of goods.
Miss C does not accept returns on custom or bespoke products unless goods are faulty in manufacture, or in the event of materials being unavailable to fulfil the original order.
Miss C Bikini accepts no liability for incorrect products ordered or incorrect measurements and information supplied by you. Any alterations to the size or design to the original product ordered will be subject to extra charge by Miss C Bikini.
Delivery
Miss C Bikini accepts no liability for the loss or delay of items once they have been despatched.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed, which includes up to £250 insurance and any losses and damages should be pursued through Royal Mail.
Ready made products will be shipped out within 2 working days of order, excluding annual holiday leave or circumstances beyond control such as accident or emergency. Any delays in posting will be notified by email.
Custom and Bespoke made products are made to order, with a minimum lead time of 6 weeks. After competition they will be shipped within 2 working days via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size of the package.
